What is the period of time beginning when an aircraft first moves under its own power from the ramp blocks and ending when the aircraft comes to rest at the ramp blocks at any station or other point of termination?

Actual Block to Block

This measures the entire surface-to-surface duration of a flight. It starts the moment the aircraft first moves under its own power away from the ramp and ends when it comes to rest again at a ramp block or termination point. That includes everything from pushback and taxiing to the runway, the actual flight in the air, the after-landing taxi back to the ramp, and parking at the destination gate.

The other terms don’t cover the whole sequence: Flight Time is only the airborne portion, Taxi Time covers ground movement on the airport surface, and Ramp Time refers to a portion on the ramp rather than the full door-to-door, surface-to-surface interval.
